Description

The Apple Watch SE is designed for those who want a more affordable and accessible smartwatch from the Apple Watch series. It is aimed at those who wish to monitor their health, receive notifications and updates, listen to music, and perform basic functions such as answering calls and sending messages.

Suitable for swimming

The Apple Watch SE is water-resistant up to 50 meters. Track your distances and sets in the pool. Map your route in open water. See accurate measurements even when using a kickboard.

More measurements. More motivation.

Stay active and train with the improved Workout app. Now you can try customized workouts and receive advanced fitness metrics, such as Heart Rate Zones, Stride Length, Ground Contact Time, and Vertical Oscillation.

Crash Detection

For the first time, the Apple Watch SE can detect if you are in a severe car accident. When a crash is detected, Crash Detection can automatically connect you to emergency services, provide dispatchers with your location, and notify your emergency contacts. It uses a 3-axis gyroscope, a new g-force accelerometer, microphone, barometer, GPS, and an advanced sensor fusion algorithm, trained on over 1 million hours of real-world driving and crash data to detect if you are in a severe collision.

Takes care of your heart health

Check your heart rate at any time with the Heart Rate app. Receive notifications for high or low heart rates or irregular rhythm.

Take a closer look at your sleep

The Sleep app monitors your sleep, working with your iPhone to help you create a schedule and sleep routine to achieve your sleep goals. See how much time you spent in various sleep stages, such as REM, core, or deep sleep, as well as when you might have woken up. View your sleep trends to see how consistently you are meeting your goals.
